Ordering and payment
All our prices shown on the website are incl. Danish VAT and other taxes. Prices are daily prices.
The price at the time of booking is the applicable price for the purchase. By Leth accepts printing errors, price errors, VAT and tax changes, as well as out-of-stock items and delivery failures from our suppliers.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an online confirmation. Should you not receive this confirmation within 1 hour, please contact us. You will also receive a new mail the same day as your order has been shipped. When you trade with Leth, agreements are concluded in Danish. If you wish to receive a new copy of your order confirmation, please send us an email at Info@byleth.com.

When you order at our webshop, you can choose to pay by credit card. Here’s the payment securely through Quickpay, which encrypts all data. All payments come through 3D Secure, which ensures that the card used belongs to the owner. We first deduct the money from the customer’s card when we have delivered or shipped the order.

Delivery – GLS and DAO
For delivery via GLS and DAO, we will endeavor to ship the order the same day as the order has been made. We first deduct the money from your account when the order is shipped from our warehouse. The delivery price depends on the weight and is automatically calculated. This price is non-refundable with GLS, as the package is delivered to the nearest package store.

However, timely delivery requires GLS or DAO to comply with day-to-day delivery. In case of delays with GLS or DAO, this will correspondingly delay delivery in relation to the desired delivery date. Byleth.com can not be held liable for delays at GLS. In case of very delayed (several days) or decidedly unused deliveries.

When you shop at byleth.com, there is a 24 month warranty. This means that you have full right of complaint with us 24 months after your purchase.

However, please note that your complaint is not warranted if the product has not been used correctly or with an unacceptable use.

If you find an error or lack of your product, you should immediately advertise and make us aware of this.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your costs. Please note that you must use Post Danmark. When returning a product, please state what the problem is and as detailed as possible.

In the case of agreed decors, returned goods or prepaid goods that are canceled prior to shipment, there must be a full or partial refund of the purchase price. Refunds are usually always made by bank transfer, and byleth.com therefore needs information about the registration number and account number of your bank account. This information is not sensitive, and can be disclosed without further notice. email or other traditional form of correspondence.

There is a 14-day return on the goods, calculated from the day they are received. If you choose to undo a purchase, simply return the item to the same condition and quantity as you received it. Once the item has been returned and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. Return costs must be borne by yourself.
